No To Acid Attacks
Back in 2015 we commited to stand up against acid attacks. Our first projects, were we gave contributions to could restitute most possible of their dignity back.
The Indian Norwegian Community has up to date no ongoing cases, but still stands strong against acid attacks.
Reshma Khureshi

Ms. Khureshi went through some horrific experiences being attacked with acid, which completly reducted her life.
She is an acid attack survivor. On 19 May 2014, at the age of seventeen, Qureshi was attacked with sulfuric acid by her estranged brother-in-law and two other assailants when she was traveling to the city of Allahabad for an Alim exam.

Indian Norwegian Community are proud to have assisted Khureshi through her many surgeries and comforted her along the way.
INC collected 27.000 kroners for Reshma Qureshi, an acid victim from Mumbai at a charity fundraiser in Oslo.
